I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and registered nurse who works primarily with adults seeking sustainable change in their health and well-being. My background is grounded in lifestyle medicine, whole-person care, and evidence-based behavior change. I am plant-based certified through Cornell and completed formal training in lifestyle medicine as part of my coaching education.

My work is informed by lifestyle medicine and current research showing that nutrition and daily habits play a powerful role in chronic disease prevention and improvement. I support clients who are interested in exploring whole-food, plant-forward approaches alongside other evidence-based lifestyle strategies, including movement, sleep, and stress regulation. All coaching is collaborative, client-led, and aligned with individual goals, values, and readiness for change, and when appropriate, in partnership with a client's healthcare team.

As a coach, I work in partnership rather than as a medical expert giving directives. Drawing on tools such as motivational interviewing and the stages of change, I help clients clarify what matters most to them, build self-efficacy, and design realistic, sustainable steps that fit their real lives.

I also bring lived experience: following a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle has supported my own health and helped me maintain remission from rheumatoid arthritis, deepening my respect for the body's capacity to heal when supported with compassionate, evidence-based habits.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are ready to explore meaningful, sustainable changes in their health and well-being. Many of my clients are living with chronic conditions, feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, or sensing that their current habits no longer support the life they want to live. Some come with a clear goal in mind; others arrive simply knowing that something needs to change. Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here.

I partner best with individuals who are curious, open to reflection, and willing to engage in change at their own pace. Coaching is not about being “perfect” or following rigid rules — it is about building awareness, confidence, and self-trust. Together, we clarify priorities, work with readiness rather than against it, and design realistic steps that align with your values, energy, and real life.

My role is to support, not to push — and to walk alongside you as you move toward greater health, clarity, and resilience.

You’ll complete a Well-Being Inventory beforehand. In our session, we’ll review your strengths, explore what motivates you, and begin shaping your wellness vision.
